Overview
365 Financial Care is a new financial wellness company focused on helping individuals build confidence, stability, and long‑term financial health. I partnered with the founder from day one to create the brand from the ground up — developing a complete visual identity and a scalable design system that could support their digital courses, coaching programs, and client‑facing materials. A key part of her vision was to make a traditionally dreaded topic feel approachable and even enjoyable, so we incorporated fun, whimsical character illustrations to bring warmth, personality, and a sense of playfulness to the learning experience.
This project required building every touchpoint from scratch: brand identity, visual language, course materials, and web layouts — all designed to make financial education feel full of life rather than overwhelming.

Approach
Brand Creation
Although the logo had already been created, the company had no supporting brand system in place. I developed the full visual identity system — including color, typography, layout structure, iconography, and the overall design language — to establish a trustworthy, approachable foundation for the brand.
The previously designed website was not usable. It lacked hierarchy, clarity, and cohesion, and did not reflect the professionalism or trust required for a financial wellness company. I rebuilt the entire web experience from the ground up, creating a clean, credible, and scalable foundation aligned with the new visual system.
Digital Course Experience
I designed the complete course ecosystem, creating downloadable resources that made complex financial concepts accessible and easy to follow.
Website & Landing Pages
I designed the initial website and landing pages, establishing a clear messaging hierarchy and intuitive flow that guided users toward enrollment.



Outcome
The new brand system gave 365 Financial Care a polished, credible presence from day one. The cohesive visual language strengthened trust, improved clarity, and created a seamless experience across learning, marketing, and web touchpoints.
The founder now has a complete, scalable design foundation that supports both current offerings and future growth — from new courses to expanded marketing initiatives.
